Live Essentials hit Final

Windows Live Essentials

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has used the keynote of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S. to announce the general availability of the Final versions of the Windows Live Essentials Suite 2009, also known as “Wave 3”, “9.0”, or “14.0”. But don’t worry, you don’t need to re-install anything as the version number hasn’t changed—it’s still 14.0.8050.1202.

Looking over to Messenger Plus!, which still isn’t fully compatible with the Messenger 2009 Final, expect some news announcement in short. One thing is sure—Plus! isn’t dead.
